Upon request a baby cot can be placed in the room free of charge for baby’s/toddlers up till 3 years old.

Children up to 12 years old can stay free of charge in the room when making use of existing bedding.

For children from 4 years old and up, a maximum of one extra bed per room can be placed for € 45,- EURO per night. An extra bed can only be placed in the The Deluxe One, The Deluxe One with view and The Deluxe One with balcony rooms. The Family One rooms are already equipped with a sleeping sofa that can made as an extra bed.

Children up till 3 years old are able to have breakfast free of charge. Children from 4 up till 11 years old can make use of the breakfast for the reduced price of € 10,- (EURO) p.p.p.n.

We rent bicycles at your own risk. When renting a bike, the renter must be aware of the possible risks that come with cycling. We are not liable for any damages, injuries or accidents that may occur during the use of

the rented bike. The renter is responsible for the use of the bicycle and must abide by all traffic laws and use the bike in a safe manner.

About our rates:

At the Carlton Hotel Collection, it is our goal to make you feel comfortable, from the time you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to choose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. Enjoy the freedom and the benefits of special promotions.

All Carlton Hotels offer:

Carlton Flex Rate: Best available rate with no restrictions.

Carlton Best Buy: Best available rate with full deposit charge, non-refundable, non-changeable.

VAT

In all our hotels prices include Value Added Tax rates. The government has raised V.A.T. from 6% to 9% as of 1 January 2019. Because of these changes all reservations which were made before this date are being adjusted to the new tax rate of 9%. This also applies to reservations which have already partly or completely been paid for. As a result of this, your final booking amount will be somewhat higher than formerly agreed upon.

Carlton Hotel Collection reserves the right to implement any changes in pricing. 

Guarantee Policy:

To guarantee your reservation (after 18 hours), we ask you to make a deposit via a payment link. In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be charged. However, different provisions may apply depending on the rate chosen.

Cancellation Policy:

No cancellation charge will be billed if a written cancellation is received by the hotel 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. However, the type of rate chosen may state otherwise.
