At Carlton Square you can organize your meeting without any worries. We like to think along with you and our focus is always on service and the homely atmosphere we have to offerl! With our Meet - Taste - Stay concept, you can choose whether you only come to meet or if you would like us to provide breakfast/lunch/dinner and/or overnight stay for your team or guests.

Not able to get everyone at the same location at the same time? We are happy to see what we can arrange with you and our AV partners regarding a hybrid/online event. With our Kandao Meeting 360° Conferencing Camera everyone can tune in and your important meeting can still take place!

Our Meeting Rooms

Our meeting facilities are creative, interactive, inspiring. Our four meeting rooms are very versatile and can be combined into one or two larger rooms. The rooms can be furnished completely according to your wishes. Our rooms have a playful and informal character; imagine yourself in the hallway in a real life monopoly board game and when the door of the Zijlweg or Houtstraat opens, you meet in the middle of the historic center of Haarlem!

Hybrid Events

The Kandao 360 meeting tool can be added to your eventplan based on availability. Thanks to this tool, the combination of online and on-site meetings has become no problem at all. In addition to a 360-degree camera, there is a microphone that picks up speech at 4 meters in all directions, so that everyone at the table can be seen and heard.

We have extensive technical options available and can be expanded on request in consultation with one of our audio visual partners.

Zocher's Library

A fifth inspiring meeting room has been created on the ground floor of Carlton Square for power meetings, workplaces or private dining!

The room has a characteristic intimate and warm appearance and is surrounded by books to stimulate creativity and a positive mindset.

Perfect if you want to give a different atmosphere to your meeting, event, drink or dinner!

Taste Zocher

Your meeting begins in Bar & Kitchen Zocher, the place where your team is personally welcomed to our warm and homely ambiance. In the meantime our Chef is preparing your energizing treats and food to give your team the boost they're going to need so desperately or the break they'll deserve. Our food and beverages are always fresh, mostly from the Haarlem area and with the flavors of the season.
