The quality of our products is most important

In Bar & Kitchen Zocher we offer an honest and high-quality product. We don't like all kinds of frills and choose to keep our ingredients as our main character without too many peripheral issues.

We look at the origin of our products and work as much as possible with local ingredients and entrepreneurs. Nature is our guideline and what the season offers is what we make our dishes with. For example, the Jerusalem artichoke will appear on the scene in the winter and the emphasis will be on fresh ingredients during summer.
