ABOUT OUR RATES

At the Carlton Hotel Collection, it is our goal to make you feel comfortable, from the time you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to chose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. Enjoy the freedom and the benefits of special promotions.

All Carlton Hotels offer:

Pre-paid discounted rate, non refundable
Flexible rate, pay later
Flexible rate, including breakfast, pay later

General Terms & Conditions

Check-in time after 15:00 hours.
Check-out time before 12:00 hours.
Max. 1 small pet per room (€ 25,- per pet per room per night), limited number of rooms available.
One child (under 4 years old) can stay for free in the parents' room.
One child (4 - 12 years old) sleeps in the parents' room for € 20,- (breakfast is € 10,- extra).
All rates exclude city tax and VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
Buffet breakfast is not included in the rates.
It is prohibited to smoke in the hotel, including hotel bedrooms.

VAT

In all our hotels prices include Value Added Tax rates. The government has decided to raise V.A.T. from 6% to 9% as of 1 January 2019. Because of these changes all reservations which were made before this date are being adjusted to the new tax rate of 9%. This also applies to reservations which have already partly or completely been paid for. As a result of this, your final booking amount will be somewhat higher than formerly agreed upon.

Carlton Hotel Collection reserves the right to implement any changes in pricing.

Guarantee Policy

Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation after 18:00 hours on arrival date. In case of no-show, the total amount of the first room night will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. No cancellation charge will be billed if a written cancellation is received by 6 PM (local time) on the day before arrival. On all the reservations the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (STCH) are applicable. A copy is available on request.
